Here is how ow we’re contributing to

dismantling systemic oppression:

We have a no-tolerance policy against racist and harmful behaviors and pledge to speak out against them.

Should any client, collaborator, or community member display such behavior, we will provide correction and additional learning resources. In the case that a member is unreceptive and unwilling to stop said harmful behaviors, they - and their content - will be permanently removed from our community.

Purposeful representation is present in our team, collaborations, and marketing collateral.

When offered opportunities to participate in any industry related events as a presenter or sponsor, we will always ask for guest panel diversity transparency from event organizers. If the BIPOC & LGBTQ+ community is underrepresented (less than 30%), we will decline and suggest an expert from that community in our place.
